• Appropriate clothing (we don't stop for rain)

• Backpack with change of clothes

• Bug spray or sunscreen

• No Alcohol or narcotics on school grounds

Meeting Location for the first day of the course is the Houston, AR Post office. Then a short drive to the school property. Meeting time is 0830.

Timeline

• 830 a.m. Meeting Location then move to School

• 9-10 a.m. Safety brief, group assignment

• 10-12 p.m. Shelter How-To and build

• 12-1 p.m. Lunch (sandwich, chips, fruit)

• 1-3 p.m. Fire Making

• 3-5 p.m. Knot tying, Fishing Pole project

• 5-6 p.m. Fishing

• 6-7 p.m. Dinner (roasted hot dogs, chips, fruit)

• 7-8:30 p.m. Free Play

• 8:30 p.m. Lights out

• 8-9 a.m. Breakfast (pancakes, sausage, OJ)

• 9-10 a.m. Archery Shoot

• 10-11 a.m. Slingshot Shoot

• 11-12 p.m. Award Ceremony and Parent Pickup
