Father and kid fishing workshop

Bring your own pole and MAKE your own bait in this one-day workshop. Dad and kid will make their own bait and then get to try them out! Kids will get some good materials and Dads will get things that one would find in a survival scenario. Then try to catch some fish! Spots are extremely limited to ensure quality instruction. Hunting Fundamentals

The Hunting Fundamentals Course is designed to give new and developing hunters the knowledge and confidence to hunt safely, ethically, and effectively. Students will learn how to identify and locate key food sources, read terrain and habitat, recognize game movement patterns, and understand how wind direction and thermals influence hunting strategy. The course covers essential scouting and observation techniques to help hunters better understand the areas they hunt. Students will also learn responsible shot placement, ethical decision-making, and proper game recovery practices. Game processing fundamentals will be covered, including field care, safe handling, and preparing harvested game for the freezer. The course emphasizes conservation, respect for wildlife, and making informed decisions in the field. Whether preparing for a first hunt or building on existing experience, this course provides practical fundamentals to become a more confident and capable hunter.

Wilderness Warriors Workshop

Let your kids unplug and go WILD!! At the Wilderness Warriors Course, young adventurers will spend a action-packed day learning essential outdoor skills in a fun, hands-on, and safe, environment. Warriors will build shelters, master basic fire making, knot tying, and try their hand at slingshot shooting, and beginner friendly fishing techniques. Parents don't worry you get to play also!

This day is all about building confidence, teamwork, and lifelong love for the outdoors- no screens, just dirt, laughter, and adventure!

Ages 9-13. Meals are provided for all attendees. (Sandwiches, chips, snack) Water is provided.

Warriors need: appropriate clothing (pants and closed toe shoes), water bottle

Parents or guardians are welcome to stay and participate.
